Brand & Campaign Manager

who defines and manages the brand communication strategy using a variety of media. You own the development and messaging of the brand narrative. You create, execute, and manage marketing programs and brand campaigns. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, trade marketing and sponsorships.

What is your role?  

Your specific tasks include:  

  • Brand Communication Strategy
    • Develop a holistic brand communication strategy encompassing various media channels such as print, web, social media, and retail.
    • Utilize market research and consumer insights to refine messaging and ensure alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Brand Narrative Development
    • Craft a compelling brand narrative that resonates with the target audience and reflects the brand's identity and mission.
    • Regularly review and update the narrative to adapt to changing market dynamics and consumer preferences.
  • Marketing Programs and Campaigns
    • Plan, execute, and manage marketing programs and brand campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Coordinate activities related to major campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Campaign Calendar Management
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive campaign calendar at the group level, tracking key milestones and deadlines.
    • Ensure coordination and alignment of activities across different campaigns to optimize resources and maximize impact.
  • 5. Campaign Management Across Channels
    • Oversee campaign management across print, web, social media, and retail platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Event Management
    • Take responsibility for planning and executing events at the group level, ensuring they are aligned with brand objectives and deliver a positive experience for participants.
    • Establish guidelines for local events to maintain brand consistency and integrity.
  • Trade Marketing
    • Develop and nurture relationships with strategic partners and vendors to support trade marketing initiatives.
    • Create and implement marketing programs for strategic partners and manage targets for supplier funding.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the main point of contact for cluster marketing leads across 24 countries, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and goals.
    • Identify stakeholders' needs and concerns and proactively address them to support effective communication and decision-making.
  • Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and manage a team of campaign owners, event managers and trade marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve objectives.
    • Utilize formal development frameworks to identify individual development needs and provide training or coaching to enhance performance and personal growth.
  • Budgeting and Performance Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Monitor and report on team performance, setting appropriate objectives and KPIs to drive success.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Regularly review and update operational marketing plans to align with evolving business goals and market trends.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in brand communication and marketing strategies.

Your team

The Digital Marketing & Brand team will support the clusters with overall Kramp brand strategy and guidelines and moreover, toolkits in which they can find campaigns, content and footage to use when and if applicable.  

The Digital Marketing & Brand department consists  of four pillars:  

  • Brand & Campaign: creating the Kramp Brand strategy, setting up guidelines, developing campaigns, organizing events and facilitating Supplier marketing  
  • Content: creating digital and offline content, responsible for the Knowledge Center  
  • Design: Responsible for Corporate identity, packaging and labeling and designing and photography  
  • Marketing Performance: SEA, Customer Journey, email & automation, performance analysis 


Your team consists of Marketing Specialists responsible for: Campaign Calendar, Budgets, Brand Guidelines, Strategy  Campaigns Management across Agri, F&G and construction sectors, Kramp Private Label, Events and Trade Marketing.

Who are you?  

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

  • Master's Degree or Equivalent Level of Work Experience
  • Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 10 years )
  • Experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (Over 3 years to 6 years)
  • Competences: change leadership, connective leadership, customer orientation, developing employees, execution power, vision.
