Kramp Group discovers and builds e-commerce, supply chain, finance & data science solutions that are aiming at giving the ag-tech industry a push forward. We’re building a multi-tenant microservice platform, serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of one billion euros per year. 

We’re looking for a CPQ Engineer to join our Product Configurator team -someone who’s passionate about solving complex technical problems and building smart, customer-focused configuration models. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to improve and maintain our CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) system. Your main focus will be on understanding product logic and translating it into accurate and efficient configuration models that support complex quotation processes. You’ll help ensure that both external clients and internal teams can easily customize products based on their needs in areas like hydraulics, mechanics, electronics, and drive systems. 

This position is based in Varsseveld&Utrecht. 

What will you be busy with: 

  • Design and build CPQ configuration models that translate complex product logic into scalable, maintainable solutions using Tacton and SolidWorks. 

  • Continuously improve and optimize existing models, ensuring performance, accuracy, and alignment with evolving business needs. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand use cases, and deliver effective CPQ solutions. 

  • Take end-to-end ownership of model implementation - from design through testing and validation, to deployment and iteration. 

  • Support internal users and stakeholders, helping them understand and effectively use CPQ capabilities. 

  • Develop user-facing UI elements to ensure smooth and intuitive configurator experiences that support day-to-day operations. 

  • Stay curious and proactive, bringing ideas for process improvement, automation, and scaling CPQ capabilities across markets.

Technical expertise 

  • A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 

  • Experience in CPQ engineering or a similar role 

  • Proficiency in Scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, Powershell or others) 

  • Experience with Tacton and Solidworks or readiness to learn them 

  • Hands-on experience with API design and implementation. 

  • Solid command of SQL and a range of Database technologies. 

  • Familiarity with C# is a plus.
