Digital Marketing Lead, Nordics

Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in driving the growth and optimisation of a dynamic, large-scale e-commerce platform? 

Kramp in the Nordics are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive the digital performance of the web shop across the Nordic markets. This new role will be responsible for driving digital strategies, optimising the webshop, and driving sales through digital channels. This position will be key in enhancing the company’s digital footprint across the Nordics. 

Main responsibilities and tasks: 

  • Track and analyse customer behaviour and identify opportunities for improvement in conversions and engagement to drive growth 

  • Optimise webshop performance and improve customer experience. Implementing both existing assest from kramps global marketing department and also creating new unique assets for the Nordic region.  

  • Work closely together with the team in Denmark and Sweden on programs, and implement programs in Finland and Norway. 

  • Collaborate with both global and local teams to implement and align strategies 

  • Drive traffic and increase conversions on the webshop by implementing growth strategies 

  • Ensure seamless customer experience by managing a large product portfolio and optimising product listings 

  • Drive Kramps presence on SoMe  

  • Create and execute digital campaigns across the year 

About you 

The ideal candidate will have extended experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management, preferably from trading companies, retail or wholesale. You should have proven expertise in managing large product portfolios and optimising both websites and web shops. Strong analytical skills, along with experience using web analytics tools, are essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with both global and local teams, as well as managing relationships with external agencies.
